How to apply.
Applications for the 2026/27 session are open. The process is the same for boarders and day pupils, and can be completed online from anywhere in the world.

Apply online
One form, completed from anywhere in the world. You will need a birth certificate, the last report from the current school, and one government photo ID for the parent or guardian.
Assessment and interview
A written paper in English and Mathematics, and an interview with the pupil and a parent. Overseas applicants sit it remotely.
Offer and acceptance
A written offer, with the fee schedule and the boarding kit list. A place is held once the acceptance is returned.
Entry points
The main entry points are Basic 1, Basic 7 and Senior Secondary 1. Pupils are admitted into other year groups where a place exists.
Boarding is available from Basic 7. Pupils in Basic 1 to Basic 6 attend as day pupils.
The assessment
Every applicant sits a written paper in English and Mathematics, set at the level of the year group being applied for. It is not a trick paper and there is nothing to buy in order to prepare for it. Applicants for Senior Secondary also write a short piece on a general subject.
The interview is with the pupil and at least one parent, and is a conversation rather than an examination. We are trying to work out whether this school is the right one for your child, which is a question with two sides to it.

Four documents, all of which can be uploaded as photographs from a phone.
Fees
The fee schedule is sent with the offer letter and is available from the Principal on request. See the fees page for what is included and how payment works.
Your data
We collect only what we need to assess the application and to contact you. Documents are stored encrypted, are visible only to the admissions staff, and are deleted on the schedule set out in the privacy and NDPR notice. We do not sell or share your information.
Documents to have ready.
All four can be photographed with a phone. Nothing needs to be notarised.
- Birth certificate
- A scan or clear photograph. Required for every applicant.
- Report from the current school
- The most recent full report, or the last two terms.
- Photo identification
- Any government-issued photo ID for the parent or guardian. Your choice which one.
- Passport photograph
- A recent photograph of the applicant, plain background.
Questions parents ask.
The Principal will answer anything not covered here before you start the form.
Do you accept pupils mid-year?
Yes, where there is a place in the year group and the pupil passes the assessment. Call the school before applying so we can tell you whether a place exists.
We live abroad. Can we do all of this remotely?
Yes. The form, the assessment and the interview can all be completed from outside Nigeria. The application fee can be paid in USD, EUR or GBP.
Is a National Identification Number required?
No. Any government-issued photo identification for the parent or guardian is accepted, and you choose which one to send.
We ask for the minimum we need to verify who you are, and we tell you what we do with it in the privacy and NDPR notice.
What happens if my child does not pass the assessment?
We tell you plainly, and where we can we say what would need to change. A pupil may sit the assessment again at the next entry point.
Are there scholarships or bursaries?
The school has not established a scholarship scheme. Confirm whether one is planned for the 2026/27 session.to confirm
